H.E. Mr. Foday Mansaray is currently serving as the International Human Rights Commission Relief Fund Trust, (an IGO with Special Consultative Status at UN ECOSOC, European Union EU and Organization of Islamic States OIC), Deputy Foreign Minister and High Representative to the United Nations and African
First appointed by the IHRC as Diplomatic Adviser in 2016 handling Diplomatic Relations advocating for Social for justice around the United Nations Sustainable Development-UNSDGs 2030. Since then, he has championed several initiatives, hosted and co-sponsored over sixty-five high level events at the United Nations, Geneva, Africa and Caribbean Islands.
The last quarter of a century, he has been involved in extensive community initiatives, human rights and expert adviser on sustainable development projects in Africa and Caribbean. defending local content policies and sovereignty of impoverished nations including a designation as Certified EU Election Observer
H.E Mr. Foday Mansaray is a retired Investment and Mortgage Banker and practicing Economist over twenty -five years’ experience holding middle level and executive positions up to his retirement. He is highly skilled at strategic financing for Institutional Capacity building, infrastructural development, large-scale Investments for Sovereign Nations, Real Estate Portfolio Management, Infrastructural Development for emerging markets, Local Content Policies with specific focuses on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda for Sustainable development, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) promoting America’s interests abroad
An Internationally recognized Community Development Organizer and Leader. He has received countless prestigious commendations, citations, recognitions and awards for his tireless efforts in promoting human endeavors from, City State and Federal agencies in the United States and around the World.
